The Louis Moinet Meteoris Rosetta Stone watch dial is made from the oldest meteorite discovered on Earth so far called the Sahara 99555 stone, nicknamed the “Rosetta Stone”. This particular stone is believed to be more than 4.5 billion years old. The Rosetta is believed to have been a part of the planet Mercury before falling on the Earth.
The 47mm wide dial is greenish-grey colour while the hour and minute hands are golden.
It has a power reserve of 72 hours which is the same as the Louis Moinet Meteoris Tourbillon Mars watch. It is water-resistance up to 30m. This watch comes with a hand-sewn Louisiana alligator leather strap. The buckle features a 18k red gold folding clasp featuring the Louis Moinet emblem.
This is the only piece in existence.
